Smart Lists sit neatly under your Home dashboard, giving you a central spot to track, sort and prioritise anything ( jobs, projects, hot clients, sprints or even personal to-dos). You decide who sees what: keep lists private, share with your team, or make them visible across your organisation.
Every list can be reordered with drag-and-drop, and lets you add, search and move jobs seamlessly. You’ll even get subtle prompts when a list’s full or when something’s already been added, so everything stays crisp and tidy without the manual clean-up.
